Warranty Conditions:
After the license codes of the products you purchased have been delivered to you, we only offer a refund and exchange guarantee for faulty codes. However, there is no refund or cancellation guarantee for codes that are mistakenly purchased or incorrectly entered by you. Under this policy, refund and exchange requests will only be accepted for faulty products.
Return Conditions:
Since our products are digital licensed products, they are directly delivered to the relevant account immediately after the purchase transaction. The delivered license codes can be viewed and activated immediately unless there is a user error or an incorrect code, therefore, cancellation or refund cannot be processed. This ensures the security of both you and us. However, in cases where incorrect codes are sent by us, cancellation and refund can be processed within 14 days.
